Our Restaurant Managers help deliver an exceptional experience for our Team Members and Guests each and every day. They oversee the day-to-day operations of their restaurant with the goal of delivering excellence in all areas of service & hospitality and providing the highest quality food and beverage to our Guests. Our Executive Chefs are the maestros of the Yard House culinary experience. They are responsible for leading their teams and ensuring delivery of high-quality, great tasting food that is executed with excellence. Our Executive Chefs inspire and motivate daily excellence in culinary dishes, ensure proper food safety and sanitation practices are met; and exercise management in labor, food cost and ordering. They take pride in developing our people and providing opportunity for growth.
Our Sous Chefs are the co-pilots of our kitchens, supporting our Executive Chefs as they strive to provide a great culinary experience. They lead their team in delivering high-quality, great tasting food that exceeds our guests expectations. Our Sous Chefs work side by side with their teams, coaching to ensure excellence in culinary dishes, proper food safety and sanitation practices. They motivate, train, develop, and help them achieve their goals.
